Poverty? Never heard of it…

Of the 2559 articles that appear when one searches for “energy” and “privatization” on ProQuest, a mere 44 have any mention of the word “poverty” in the entire document. That’s less than two percent of the articles on their database.

If I didn’t know any better, I may be led to believe that there is simply no relationship whatsoever between selling off valuable public assets, jacking up household energy costs and the global phenomenon of widespread poverty. Nada.
